All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product, so please refer to the product description for specific warranty information.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having an issue. It’s our goal to provide high quality products to our customers. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us within the warranty period. We will ask you to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If we determine that the product is, in fact, defective, we will provide you with a replacement or work with the retailer to provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents or improper use. We also cannot honor warranty claims for products that have been modified or altered in any way.
